We are honored to welcome Sarah Gill, founder of Let Free Your Wild, as both a speaker and vendor at the Sioux City Holistic Expo. Sarah is an Empowerment Photographer, Body Image Coach, Somatic Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher whose work is rooted in deep compassion, curiosity, and liberation.

For over 13 years, Sarah has photographed bodies and their stories with reverence and honesty. Over the last 9 years, she has centered her work around body liberation, body image education, and coaching, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves beyond shame, judgment, or societal expectations.

Through her photography, somatic offerings, yoga teaching, and community events, Sarah’s mission is simple and profound: to help people feel heard, seen, and celebrated. Her activism and creative work honor the truth that all bodies are worthy, and her studio in Sioux City, IA, serves as a sanctuary for those seeking embodiment, healing, and self‑acceptance.

Sarah invites us to shift from criticism to curiosity—to unlearn the stories that keep us stuck and to challenge the biases that distance us from body peace. Katy holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Psychology and is a Reiki Master Practitioner, integrating the wisdom of energy healing with the grounding of traditional mental health modalities. As a holistic counselor, she believes that true wellness emerges when the mind, body, and energy system are supported together — a philosophy that beautifully aligns with the heart of our expo.

At the event, Katy will be speaking on Reiki and Therapy, exploring how these two powerful approaches can work in harmony to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deeper self‑connection.

Alongside her husband, Mark, she has served the Siouxland community through Meis Interiors, completing hundreds of home improvement projects with craftsmanship, care, and a deep understanding of how our surroundings shape our lives.

Ann’s passion is simple yet profound: an intentional life begins with an intentional environment. At the expo, she will be sharing her presentation, “Creating an Intentional Home to Support an Intentional Life,” a thoughtful and empowering exploration of how our physical spaces can nurture clarity, peace, purpose, and well‑being.

Her talk will guide attendees through the full journey of creating a home that aligns with their values—from defining what “intentional living” truly means, to clarifying what matters most, to designing spaces that support daily rituals, connection, rest, and creativity. Ann will also touch on practical essentials like contractor assessments, repairs, healthy materials, lighting, and functional design, all the way to the soulful touches that make a home feel alive: meaningful décor, natural elements, and supportive rhythms for the whole household.

With her signature blend of warmth, wisdom, and real‑world expertise, Ann helps people see their homes not just as structures, but as living environments that can either drain or deeply support their journey.
